Is it possible to embed lightning page in lightning component or visual force page?

I'm assuming you mean a Lightning Page, i.e. a page that you configure using the Lightning App Builder. Is that right?
If so, the answer is no. You can use Lightning components in Visualforce. You can learn more about how to do that here:
