Our customers email attachments using email to case. These documents come in under files on the case in classic and lighting. However in classic my team can drag that file into the feed view to include in emails. However when we try this from the files related list in Lighting, we cannot grab the file.

Any ideas?

@John Williams in the Summer release, when you click on Paper Clip from Email composer, you'll see a new filter called "Related Files" this filter will show all Files on the Case as well as Files from associated Emails
