May be confusing myself again:  If I have multiple page layouts in Classic - how many Record Pages do I need if I want to change the Record Page layout for an Object?

Scenario: my user likes the default Record Page layout of Accounts: Left - Related, Details, News and Right side - Tasks/Chatter.   And wants that Record Page layout for Opportunities too.

I have 4 different page layouts for Opportunities in Classic and 3 different record types and one of those record types has different page layouts for different profiles.

Can I just create one Record Page with the desired components layout or do I need to create four different Record Page layouts - actually five different Record Page layouts due to the multiple page layouts for the same record type but different profiles?
