yeah same here - not getting the emailed reports when running in Sandbox either. May not be considering the report emails as "System Only"?? But take a look under Files in your Sandbox - should see the reports, such as the Readiness and/or Visualforce

You may see multiples since you don't get the emailed report and reran thinking it may not have run - not like I did that ;-)
