I am trying to display the "File" quick action at the top of a record page. It displays in setup, but when viewing the record page in Lightning the File button is not there. We do not have record types in place for the record we expect to see the button. Is displaying this button not possible? Or do we have it configured wrong? Thanks.

Hi @Christine Chapa This is a custom quick action? Have you added it under the "Lightning and Mobile Actions" section of the page layout? There are two different "actions" sections, and Lightning doesn't seem to respect the 'Button" part of the page layout either. If you can post a screenshot of setup and the record page that would help troubleshoot.
