I created a Lightning Email Template yesterday from Opportunity only to discover that Account Name is not available as a merge field. I'm completely perplexed why a fairly common field like Account Name wouldn't be available in an email template. Additionally, one of the benefits of Lightning Email Templates is supposed to be it's cross object merge functionality, but when I went up to the Account object to grab the Account Name, the template error-ed out when I attempted to use it. Any insight from the product team would be valuable. Thank you !
