How to encrypt/remove historical hatter feed from prartial/Full sandbox.

on partial sandbox,  currenly we are applying custom logic to encrypt the data on existing object ( ex: account). But we can't apply  logic to historical chatter data. We are looking to remove/encrypt the sestive information from chatter. 

Ex:  

account name changes fro ABC corp to XXXX
