Hi All, 

I'm in the beginning phases of rolling out to lightning having done the readiness assesement. I have two questions.

1, what exactly is the purpose of moving notes and attachements to salesforce files? Can you do without it? In lightning all the legacy notes and attachments exist, and the functionality to upload attachements is also there. I installed the magic mover app, but I'm just trying to understand why you have to switch if the only purpose is to be able to search files in lightning

2. Does anyone have a recommendation on where to start with the visual report readiness? A lot of our issues seem to be centered around java script and I don't know who could provide feedback
