Question- We are currently migrating our Classic Service Console to Lightning Console. We have a Quick Action to send Email to customer. The Email editor layout is very small and not re-sizeable and can't be popped out. Is there any workaround for this? It is very hard for our call centre agents to draft email in such a small editor.

@Vincent Pham : The features is not available when Drafts are enabled. We need to have drafts enabled so the problem is still same for us.
