We have looked around lightning but have not converted over to it yet. I am not sure if all our workflow rules, validation rules, page layouts / assignments, reports convert over automatically or if I need review the system for all these items and set them up again in lightning. Also, the few people I have had log into lightning and test / navigate the system are not thrilled with it. They like the home page display that seemed to be easier and more straight forward on the classic view. The lightning view seems to be cluttered with lots of information. Hoping to have more time to review lightning so I can determine what all is going to need to be re-setup. Also, is there a one-stop-shop that lists all the steps for switching along with maybe a checklist of all items that may need to be re-setup. It would also be good to have a post lightning check list that validates everything is up and working as expected - reports, dashboard, workflows, etc. Maybe something you can run that checks pre-lightning against post lightening to find areas that may be missed.
