Why would Salesforce take away the existing functionality of a lightning component in the Winter '19 release? Prior to Friday, the lightning:tab component allowed the tab label to include Salesforce icons ... After the release, tab labels are now text-only. I don't understand why Salesforce would intentionally limit our ability to visually display information in a tab.
