Hello All, 

I am a beginner Sales Force Admin, and I would like to know how to auto populate the value of a field from Account (Label - Account Owner, Field - Owner) to a field in Community View Cases (Label - Case Owner, Field - Owner). The value from Account is derived from a picklist. The Case Owner automatically populates to the person who is submitting the Case via Community Portal which is something we do not want. Also, the Contact Name automatically populates to the case submitted even when they pick another contact. If you could provide screen shots and detailed solutions that would be great. Thank you!
