Lightning: Error on Account Creation (and some other popups) - Error ID 215361137
Hi folks I am seeing this error which is now listed as a Known Issue. I have found a work around for my users and it has to do with the currency on my Org. When you go the User Detail record I found that all of my Users in China with a Default Currency ISO Code of RMB for China were not able to create Opportunities. When I changed their Default Currency to USD, GBP or EUR they were good to go and when they create the record they are able to save the record with RMB by changing the currency value during the record creation stage.
I'm not sure if this is what you are seeing but based on the Known Issue page there are a lot of folks experiencing this after the Summer '18 update. I though I would share it with you, I know when you are trying to get the team to use Lightning they don't want to switch back and forth between lightning and classic but are happy to update a currency field if they need to do so.
So give the Default Currency a try and if it works let me know. If someone else has an idea that is awesome as well, I would love to hear it.
