@Jessica Stuckey On the call, you mentioned that you had 4300 users and no developers. Could you share info regarding what your SFDC team looks like? How many admins do you have? What about support staff?

Also, when you transitioned to Lightning, did you allow users to switch back and forth (between Lightning and Classic)? Or did you force them to move to Lightning and not allow them to use Classic?
