Can you please share your Lightning Rollout Experience?
I am planning to implement Lightning (Classic to Lightning with Lightning component framework). I am the only developer in my team and I am looking for people who can share their experience or guide me, so it can ease my process and get some idea to start the process.
How complex is it to develop everything as a single developer? From where should I start?
I have already started learning it. I also did lightning readiness check and I have reports in my hands.
Please, your experience or comment will be appreciated.
Suggestions would be first rolling out for a small group with less customization. Gradually moving with complex build and analyzing which all component doesn't support in lightning and then making custom components for them.
We started with two different lightning build ,. One with least custom functionality and other with bits of custom ones. They contain javascript buttons , Vf pages and took almost a week to design compatible stuffs.
