A user brought up this question that the 'signature' that you default for email in SFDC doesn't populate when using lightning to send email templates.  It does populate when sending emails from Classic.  We didn't have any of the tags on the email templates she was using.  Is this an 'issue' that is known in lightning?  The work around was that I put the tags on all of our email templates so she can continue using LEX to email out.  We didn't have many templates but for orgs with many templates this would be very time consuming.
