Hi, we're planning to roll-out Sales Console (in Lightning) - is there any short video from Salesforce about it? It'd be nice if we could direct users to a quick demo... I could not find any via search - thanks!

@Robert Kiss, getting your users familiar with the platform is goal #1. This familiarity can be created in a lot of ways. One way is with the resources that Kelly and @Michael Lupinohave shared.This will help them understand what Sales Console is.

Another way would be to show your users the navigation of Sales Console platform in real time. You can walk your users step-by-step through the basic workflows so that they feel like they're prepared for how exactly they are going to USE the platform. This would ensure that your users are not only getting a demo of the platform, but you're also showing them "This is how your everyday work will look like." Additionally, you can implement this as custom training in the live environment of Sales Console where they'll essentially be learning while actually doing their job.
