One of my users asked me for something, and I like the idea but I'm not sure how to accomplish it.  I wondered if anyone else has done something similar and has some suggestions, so I don't go out and reinvent the wheel.  

In the attached screenshot, we use the rich text component to call attention to customers who are no longer at that acccount but we don't want to delete because of associated history.  My users really like that it stands out, making it really obvious so they don't inadvertently try to call or send an email to someone who has changed hospitals, etc. 

That prompted someone to ask for a component that that would allow them to enter text themselves, on a record by record basis, for important reminders, etc.  The use case was a facility that needed quotes presented in a particular way.  The quote gets all the way to purchasing, then gets kicked back if the sales rep forgets to include specific language, so he'd like to be able to put a reminder in a visible place.
