Hi,

I have created a custom button and activated it in the proper page layouts. The purpose of this button is to add an additional custom field to when creating a case. For example: the custom field is "product". In a circumstance in which the case should concern more than one product I would like this button so that the another product custom field will appear. 

I tried looking into creating a field dependency in which the controlling field is the product field, but it will not work because you cant have a lookup controlling field. (Or so I have read).

My problem is when clicking on the custom button I have created I get the error: URL No Longer Exists.

Can anyone help with this issue? I am not sure this is possible, but it seems like it should be.
