Is it possible to edit a File (ContentDocument) in LEX? Particularly, I have a user who would like to be able to upload and then change the Title field (AKA the name). If this is a permission thing, I don't have it either. I'll put in screenshots to show what I mean.

Can you identify the permission? Because I can't find one to change. The user that uploaded found this problem when she first uploaded. And I can't change the file name as the sysadmin either.
