How do you respond to users regarding the slowness of Lightning compared to Classic? The speed has improved some this year, but still no where near being at parity with Classic. It would be great to see some Salesforce responses on things coming in the near future that will improve the speed, but lately it seems very quite on that front from Salesforce. Our users are constantly complaining about how slow Lightning is and how it takes them longer to do their job in Lightning. There are some nice features in Lightning, but slowness most of the time covers all that up. @* Release Readiness Trailblazers *

The speed issue certainly has a negative impact on the user experience, especially when the new interface appears to be slower. It may be helpful to point out that more can be accomplished on a single page in Lightning compared to Classic which should lead to less pages needing to loaded. The features that Lightning offers will also help save time, and practically all new features that come out are only available for Lightning. We're starting to make the move to Lighting and I know this will be an issue. Hopefully, addressing this in training will help ease the pain.
