I have uploaded business service via data loader with salesforce object (BMCServiceDesk_BMC_BusinessService_c) and it’s updated successfully, but not showing in Remedyforce CMDB.

In order to upload Business Services you have to upload them in the Base Element object, with CMDB Class Business service.
All items in the CMDB are part of the object Base element
