How do we merge duplicate accounts? I cloned an account so I could show our team the "potential duplicates" related list, but the cloned duplicate account isn't showing in the list. Any ideas?

I've done some more digging and it looks like it's not working for me because we've set the duplicate rule to not to run for admins because it conflicts with process builder as well as mass uploads/updates. So all of our admins will have to use classic to merge accounts for now.
