What percentage of available functionality in Classic is available in Lightning? I have read that there are lots of cases when features are still not available in Lightning, and you are forced to go back to Classic. Also, what about apps? Some of the apps we use are not lightning-compatible. These make migrating to lightning not an easy decision!

Hey Carlos! It depends on what you're using today. If you look at the Sales Cloud only, most of the features are there. I would say it's about 90-95% complete. Most apps are moving to Lightning Enabled, but again, it depends on the apps you're using. I would suggest that you jump into a company sandbox, turn on LEX and see what works and what doesn't. Also, run the LEX evaluation report. It will tell you what in your org needs to be updated in order to migrate.
