I am wondering if anyone can help me.
I have registered the Admin test using my company email (linked to my Salesforce login), as I know certificate will be linked to your registered email, would it be possible to change it to my private email(which is not linked to Salesforce)? thank you.

Hi @Helen GUO - yes, we can help with that and as @Martin Keating has suggested, opening a case with our cert support team is the best route to take.
