Looking at the Spring 16' Certified Admin Study guide, I noticed the same objective under Reports and Dashboards as well as (and likely the more appropriate place) Process Automation. Is it safe to assume this is a typo or am I seriously missing something by not knowing how workflow and actions fit under Reports and Dashboards?!

Still you have to know about workflow and actions. Its not about certification. Most of Job interview or Customer salesforce instance still they are using the workflow rule. My experience to go for certification with all skills. Its all about your career...
