This is a very basic question - I am new to SalesForce. I was wondering how other companies deal with international addresses - are the business address fields set up separately? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I'm late to the party but what we do for "foreign" companies is to only use the Street and Country fields. The complete address is put into the Street field so we don't need to worry about how the address for a particular country is supposed to be "arranged".
