I'd like to have a report and dashboard showing the number of current students (Standing field) plus the number of prospective students at various stages (Prospect Status field), with a column for each (Standing, PS #1, PS #2, PS #3) set against the goal for enrolled students (a number in someone's head plugged into a custom summary formula window, though it's not the summary of a field, just an absolute number).

The CSF isn't able to stay in the report builder when I drag and drop - it remains red and bounces back to the menu. Regardless of the help received in my first attempt, I just can't make this happen, nor can I find anything telling me why.

Secondarily, the column for Standing (the number of students) needs to be labeled but isn't. It is its own field, whereas the other three columns are options from the field Prospect Status.

Does anyone have suggestions? It doesn't seem this would be difficulty, but I must be overlooking something. Many thanks!
