The course Implementing Salesforce Knowledge does not complete for the certification. It gets stuck on the 4 slide of the 2nd class Analyze. I completed the 2nd class but when I come back it always takes me back to slide 4 and should go to the end. Class 2 is also in a different format than the rest of the class. Perhaps that is the issue.

I completed the course but it is stuck on In Progress and should now be complete.
