I have a situation at work I need your help to resolve.
I have course related to particular course start dates but I sometimes find that users select wrong start dates which sort of leads to inaccurate data.
Is there a way I can lock down the dates to a particular course without writing code.

We had a course object but we were just populating with the course name but we had a course start date field related to the course.
So instead of just putting the name of the course, like say, Business Management I have started naming it as Business Management - 1st May 2015 intake and hid the field from the page layout.
So now even though date picker is not seen by the users, the date is still correctly picked and I can use it in the reports.
I will put it out to test next week and fingers crossed it will work.
