HI Flavia, I am Ashwin,my motives for volunteering for 1 year due to my continuous process of learning things from the market would not stop and my skills and experience would use for the society where from I earn my food. And my society is Salesforce, I love salesforce society where corporates are running fine and the nonprofit are like baby who still dont know how to walk so that I would like to make them walk and would like to give them my support till 1 year to make them sure they have now enough knowledge to handle salesforce project with their own.

Finally Happiness most important into our life to be successful so in this way I would maintain my balance in my life as well.
