and having a bit of trouble.

When we add new Contact records, I'd like for the process to evaluate the Contact Record Type and then create a new Case Management record (the child in a parent-child with Contact) related to the Contact based on what the record type is. I have not yet gotten it to work. I have tried making the criteria based on Contact Record Type ID. Then, the action "Create Record." My trouble comes in when defining field values. For the field Contact__c (the master-detail relationship), what should go in the field value? I have tried the Contact Id and Account Name. The Case Management records also have varying record types so I have specified the Record Type Id as well.

I am not sure where my problem is happening-anyone have ideas? Thanks!
