I having a problem in my sandbox env , i perfomed a dataexport last april 8th and today i still seeing the message "Next scheduled export:A data export is currently in progress for your organization."
Is they normal ? is there a way to cancel the export ?

No — a data export should not stay "in progress" for 8+ days
Normal export takes a few hours to 1-2 days depending on org data size
This indicates the export job is stuck or failed silently
