In my project, some people are having problems consulting some appointments in the Search Service Appointment.
We have many people with the same profile, but one can view the appointment, and others search for the same appointment, but we can find it.
I attached an image of the filter in this case.
We changed the horizon date and changed the policy according to the appointment, but we've been having the same problem.
We look at the criteria for filtering according to the parameters of appointments.
Do you know if there is anything that we can do in the profile or permission sets?

Please could you check, if the user can see the service appointment outside of the gantt. If not please make sure, the SA is shared with the right people.
In the dispatcher console setting there is an option for default side bar view. You can set to territory or appointment list. This you could check as well.
