I am having issues with the "problem" value. I followed the steps in the module (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/set-up-case-escalation-entitlements/create-case-queues-assignment-rule?trailmix_creator_id=strailhead&trailmix_slug=prepare-for-your-salesforce-administrator-credential)

 

I went to service set up > object manager > Case > fields and relationships > type and i added all the additional values to the picklist values:Issue with Type field for Product Support case.

Problem is included but when i go to create a case under the product support record type, it does not show up on the TYPE field.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    @Samantha Guerra You have to add the added picklist values to the selected values under Record Type of an Object. Take a look at the point 10 under 'Create Record Types' section in the Trailhead module.
