How to implement Mobile App event tracking?

I am new to the Mobile Push and in-app message. I am working on the Mobile App Event  in journey builder and need to pass the information to the app developer to add to the SDK.

My question is "what is the Key1: and Value1 in the create the event SDK code below represent?"
