Slack + Experience Cloud user

Is is possible for a Slack user who has a Partner Community Salesforce license to open Salesforce records (that they have access to) from Slack? I was able to install the Salesforce for Slack app for the test user but they cannot log in to the Salesforce sandbox that I'm using to test this - their log-in only works for the Experience Cloud sandbox site. 

 

If it's not possible, is there any other way for someone with a Partner Community license to interact with Salesforce records that they have access to via Slack?

    I think in this situation, you may need to build a custom Slack app in order to authenticate and query salesforce from an Experience cloud member.

    there is no direct way to open salesforce record from slack

    Thanks, but that's about sending a message from the Experience Cloud to Slack. I want Experience Cloud users to be able to open a record from Slack.
