We have an integration between Salesforce and Genesys Cloud that currently is working correctly. Recently, the client wanted to implement the WhatsApp channel through Genesys Cloud. The agent that receive the conversation can manage up to 4 conversations and when a new conversation comes, a red bullet appears on the new conversation, followed by a sound to alert you. The issue is the following: I have the window with the four conversations, and I have selected (focused) in the second one, for example. If a new conversation arrives from one that I have not the focus (the third conversation for example), although I can hear the alert sound, the red bullet does not appear until I set the focus (click) on the third conversation. Obviously the customer is really angry, as when they hear the sound they must click on the four conversations to guess which one is the new message. The connector is the V 4.12, recently upgraded from V 6.Please, anybody has seen this before?
