Hello,
I have cleaned up the cookies in browser and I have deleted one playground. I logged out and back in.
Result: I still cannot launch the new playground. I have a 404 Page Error.
Please help as I need to practise for the certified Admin exam next month.

@Christine Gutierrez, there is an issue with playground creation. Here is the workaround,
Login to Trailhead >> click on the profile avatar >> click profile >> scroll down to the "About me" section and change the Country field to India or USA >> click save and then try creating a playground
