Hi,

as I understand from Salesforce support there is no impact if you still use cloudforce.com suffix? Can anyone cofirm this... because I also read the following :

Are we obliged to go to my.salesforce.com suffix at a certain time?

Hi @Stefaan Somers and thank you for this question. This scenario isn't called out as explicitly in the documentation, so I'm glad that you asked.

If you're using the *.cloudforce.com or *database.com suffix today, you must move to the Standard (*.my.salesforce.com) My Domain suffix to enable enhanced domains. So when enhanced domains are enforced, you must also move to the *.my.salesforce.com suffix. (The Winter '23 release note and Enhanced Domains Help page for Enhanced Domains detail the enforcement release.)

So yes, you must enable enhanced domains, and yes, that means your My Domain suffix will change in the process.

I'm sorry that you received an incorrect answer from Salesforce Customer Support, and thank you for letting us know about it so we can update our materials on this feature to help them.

    Hi,

can you provide me the documentation where it is stated that it will be mandatory. I contacted Salesforce support and they said it was not the case... But I don't always trust their response..
