Conditional field mapping for lead conversion

Hi,

When converting a lead into Account and Contacts, some fields which are not mandatory for Account and Contact creation, nor part of a validation rule are blocking conversion as they are mapped lead fields. 

I would like to mapp lead fields only when those fields are fulfilled in lead so that it doesn't block lead conversion : does someone has a workaround ?
