Our requirement is to be able to record Opportunity Splits for certain users that are only created a Chatter Free users in system. Since Chatter Free Users cannot be added to Opportunity Team and hence not on Splits, was planning to use a single generic licensed user with a custom lookup field to add Chatter Free users on Splits. But there could be multiple such Users to be assigned on a single Opportunity. Is it possible assign the same Opportunity Team Member more than once on the Splits with different %?

    Hi @Vartika Prakash,

     

    This requirement may require using a custom field to manage reporting on the splits. A junction object to link the Chatter Free users to the Opportunity and store the percentage. Not sure what down-stream process and reports will be impacted in the specific Org.
