I am working on the create a permission set group hands on challenge.
- Enable an app permission in a permission set:
- Permission set: Sales Orders
- App: Sales
- App permission: Edit Activated Orders
I have selected the box that states edit activated orders and saved it but the challenge is stating I have not correctly completed the challenge. This is being computed under the permission set, sales order, app permissions. Am I missing something here? Thank you!

You did the last step perfectly but I think you missed something while completing the prior steps (like creating both permission sets and assigning different permissions to both permission sets) as the final hands-on challenge depends upon the previous steps
What I recommend is to redo the same activity on a new playground. I am sure the problem is fixed
