Hello all- we are trying to set up out iATS/Brickwork account with PatronManager for an auction. We have the account linked and the correct link in the check-in and check-out section with our server number, however when we try to test the check in process, we get an error message. We are able to check in a guest, then when we click "add a credit card" it opens a new window where it makes us re log in to salesforce twice before landing on a page that says "Page IATSPaymentsContact does not exist." Has anyone else had similar troubles with auction software? Thanks!

Hi Jenny! I am having the exact same problem when trying to process a credit card for an auction ticket. A new window pops up and asks me to log in to salesforce and then gives me the same message that you are getting. Does anyone know what is going on with this and how to fix processing credit cards with Auctions for Salesforce?
