I'd like to use features in Marketing email and social media, and in Sales to handle our Lagniappe Collection of movie posters that we sell to finance operations and programs for Movie Poster Archives. I'm at a loss on how to get there. Thanks for your help.

@Linda Thurman to summarize what we discussed on the call yesterday: there are two pieces here.
- To track the sales of your posters, you can create a new record type on Opportunity for your Merchandise. Create an Opportunity Sales Process to track the stages you want to capture, if the ones from NPSP don't fit.

- You can setup email templates in Salesforce to use when sending single recipient emails (i.e. Thank you for the purchase of the movie poster) or you can use it to send to larger groups.

- If you want to be able to have more insights to how many people opened your emails or have plug ins to your social media accounts, a marketing automation tool will provide more of those features. Salesforce offers Pardot as a marketing automation tool you could discuss with your Salesforce AE.
