Anytime I attempt to reset my own password using the password reset link, I receive an error saying the link expired for being over 24 hours old or already used, which cannot be the case. Unfortunately I don't have access to my current password, my org is set up for login using single sign on (Azure is the identity authenticator). Did someone else experience a similar issue and can advise on resolution please? #Single Sign On Active Directory #Reset Password Request

    Hi Tal,

     

    I have experienced similar issue and resolved it by resetting the password via Super admin.

    I observed that, this occurs due to invalid login link as well(Which is not logical as we can use login.salesforce.com or domain link URL). I may be wrong here

     

    But just try to do everything in Incognito  mode after some time & see if it working or not!

    Or ask your admin to reset it
