hi - HOW do i see what each of my SDFC is pulling.. i.e where do i go to see where the "last activity" is pulling from? is it calls, emails, outreach, etc.. please direct me! thank you

    Firstly check what type of field is. 

     

    If it's a simple number or text field (no formula, or roll-up) what I would do, I would log in into a sandbox and I would try to delete the field. If the field is used in any wfr/pb/apex you would not be able to delete it because of... Like so you would see where it is being used.
