Hello, 

 

I'm new to Salesforce and would appreciate some assistance. 

 

We are a small global company, with offices in the US and New Zealand. 

 

I would like to know if it's possible to create a Sales Cloud instance for what we see/do in New Zealand that is different to those working out of our US office? 

 

We have a different process in New Zealand, and ideally, I would like to keep our regions/teams Sales Cloud setup separate.

    Hi Jason,

     

    Yes this is possible and it’s something we have implemented. You will need to have different record types (e.g. Opportunities-US, Opportunities-NZ) which you can then create different sales processes for where you select the stages that will be used on the opportunities. From here you can then create different page layouts to assign to the record types and have different path settings too.
