There is a requirement where we want to have client and leads information in both English and Japanese so that the English version can be understood by the management and other non-Japanese colleagues when they refer to them in SFDC, and the Japanese version will save us a lot of time when BDR has to bring out the information directly from SFDC to do outreach in Japanese because it is only natural that they need to address their prospects or working leads in Japanese language when indicating the names.
How this can be achieved in Salesforce?

Thanks for your response but unfortunately this is not helping us to satisfy our requirement since this change is only updating the Salesforce Interface.
Right now we are analysing the software which is available in App Exchange : https://lingotek.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PDOC/pages/29403495/Salesforce
