Contact correspondence tracking

Question

In the past I've been able to show one of our teams how to track past correspondence activity for accounts we communicate with.  Now, our development team wants to see what correspondence various contacts have received as a way of having a single view of what a contact might be aware of.  Specifically, they want to see what Emma-based communciations a contact has received.  My issue is that I thought it would be a similar correspondence feed like the account correspondence feed, but it's not.  I've looked at field history tracking but can't quite make sense of it and am feeling a bit lost.  Any thoughts?

Hi Daniel,   Are you referring to the emails sent to your contacts? Try to check the Activity History related list.   Hope that helps.   Regards,   Jayson
